Avocado Juice

Avocados are high in valuable, health-promoting fats. About 75% of an avocado’s calories come from fat, most of which is monounsaturated fat.

Avocados also have 60% more pottasium than bananas. They are rich in Vitamin B, E and K. They have high fiber content among fruits, including 75% insoluble and 25% soluble fiber.

High avocado intake has been shown to have a beneficial effect on our hearts and blood serum cholesterol levels.

Let me share with you the recipe of this delicious and creamy juice =)

Ingredients:

  • One avocado
  • 150ml fresh milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp of Milo
  • 3 ice cubes

Direction:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend them for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour the juice into two cups.
  3. And it is ready to be served =)

PS. If you are a big fan of Milo, like me, you still can add some more Milo on top of your juice. Yumm…

      Bisa Ci =) Saya kasih es batu krn Doan mau dingin and langsung minum (ga bisa tahan lagi untuk nunggu taruh di kulkas atau tunggu es batu nya meleleh) =D
