DIY Photo Frame

Nowadays, I love making frames. It was all started when I saw a nice set of rugby football stickers at one of the art & craft store. It reminded me of one boy who loves to play rugby. And since his birthday was coming soon, I decided to make something for him with that stickers.

I decided to make a photo frame instead of a card because it is useful and memorable.

Things that you need:

  • Wooden frame.
  • Stickers.
  • Mini paint brush.
  • Acrylic paints.
  • Gloss Varnish.

You can get most of the things from Art Friends. But for the stickers, you might want to visit Paper Market or Made with love, they have quite a lot of nice stickers collection.

  1. Paint the frame with Acrylic paint. Choose the color that you think will match with the stickers and let it dry.
  2. Apply the Gloss Varnish by using mini paint brush. Let it dry.
  3. Arrange and stick the stickers on the frame.

To make it even more special, you can write a short message (eg. Happy Birthday, I love you, etc) or your friend’s name by using stickers or glitters.

For more ideas or inspirations, just visit one of the craft stores nearby your place.

Happy Crafting! =)
